Privacy POLICY

Customer privacy is extremely important to us at DRYWALK. Personal information that may be collected through our booking site, Booker.com, is used by DRYWALK for booking appointments, purchasing giftcards/certificates and purchasing series. We may use your information to contact you via text or email to confirm appointments, appointment changes, send receipts and updates to our services and policies.

Cancellation & No Show POLICY

We understand that life gets in the way of our plans but if you feel there is a conflict with your appointment please let us know at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. If you decide to No Show which affects our talented staff and other clients; the full amount will be charged.

 

Refund & Return POLICY

DRYWALK gladly accepts returns of unopened and unused hair products and accessories purchased at DRYWALK for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase.  All hair brushes and HotHeads hair bands and pieces are final sale and will not be returned or refunded.

Please note that DRYWALK gift cards, gift certificates and series are non-refundable.

 

Series TERMS & CONDITIONS

DRYWALK Series (Backstage Passes) are available for purchase to all clients. Backstage Passes are offered as packages of 3 and 6 blowouts at a discounted rate and are available for purchase in salon and online. Backstage Passes are valid for one year and will expire after 365 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that DRYWALK series are non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used by the VIP.

Membership TERMS & CONDITIONS

The VIP Membership is a loyalty program offered by DRYWALK blow dry bar to its most valued customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in the VIP Membership program (known as a “Member”) and Drywalk Bar, Inc. (known as “DRYWALK”). DRYWALK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures (“Related Rules”) affecting the VIP Membership and to terminate the VIP Membership program or a Member’s membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in the VIP Membership program, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the VIP Membership’s terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at http://drywalk.com/VIP-Program/.

Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in the VIP Membership Program. Prices can be found at http://drywalk.com/VIP-Program/. Membership entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:

10% off all products and tools (HotHeads products excluded)

Complimentary birthday blowout

10% discount on additional services

Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price

Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership blowouts and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a VIP Member. Any attempt to transfer membership benefits may result in automatic cancellation of membership.

In order to receive a complimentary birthday blowout, Member must provide date of birth when signing up.  Birthday blowouts may be redeemed at any time during the Member’s birthday month.  Birthday blowouts not used during this time will expire.

Members also agree to allow DRYWALK to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. DRYWALK may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters DRYWALK believes may be of interest to Member.

Membership can be cancelled at any time, without penalty. Memberships must be cancelled in-person.

Unused blowouts do not “rollover”. Unused blowouts and discounts have no cash value. Member is not entitled to redeem unused blowouts or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused blowouts or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation.

The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep DRYWALK informed of accurate billing information. A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.

If DRYWALK terminates the VIP Membership Program or a Member’s membership, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled memberships will apply.
